Job Overview

A Trainee Sales Development Representative-SDR plays a pivotal role in introducing our tech solution to potential clients. This position involves identifying and approaching prospects using various tools and techniques.


Main Responsibilities
  • Research and Identification: Utilize advanced research methods to identify potential clients, gathering contact information, business insights, and trigger events for outreach.
  • Client Profiling: Develop and maintain a list of prospective clients based on target industries, buyer personas, and geographic location.
  • Ongoing Outreach: Initiate communication via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to introduce the company's tech solution, tailoring messages to each prospect's business needs and industry trends.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT), ensuring effective communication of the value proposition.
  • Activity Tracking: Log all activities and maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, tracking response rates, call volumes, meeting set rates, and other KPIs daily.
