We're seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our community development initiatives. Transforming tech education and communities is at the heart of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • This position involves building strong relationships with universities, industry leaders, and startup ecosystems to promote our programs and events.
  • The ideal candidate will act as a liaison with career services offices, academia, tech leaders, and media teams to promote events and initiatives.
  • Designing and executing community engagement strategies to strengthen local tech communities and foster a culture of continuous learning is a key aspect of this role.
Event Planning & Program Delivery
  • Curate, plan, and manage logistics for a diverse range of learning experiences, including workshops, webinars, demo days, and flagship events.
  • Lead outreach and on-ground execution at educational institutes for events, seminars, and roadshows.
  • Represent us at industry forums and university events as a thought partner and brand ambassador.
Brand & Marketing Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication and outreach efforts.
  • Co-create compelling campaigns to enhance our visibility and impact within the tech education landscape.
  • Stay on top of digital technology trends and contribute to innovation in community learning formats.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement, tech marketing, partnerships, or education outreach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in planning and managing both online and offline events.
  • Passion for learning, technology, and empowering future talent.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing situations.
