Job Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team and drive brand growth through innovative marketing strategies. This role involves planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns to achieve targeted ROI and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and drive measurable results.
  • Oversee the company website to ensure it aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve targeted ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance organic search engine performance, setting goals based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Analyze marketing data, draw meaningful conclusions, and prepare monthly performance reports to inform strategic decisions.

Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a strong marketing professional with the following skills and qualifications:
  • Strong experience in content creation, content strategies, and SEO.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Proven experience in Google Ads.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working with tech or start-up companies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and innovations.
