AI System Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled AI developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions that solve real-world problems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing AI-powered or automation systems and be proficient in Python for backend development, APIs, and automation logic. Solid SQL skills are also required for manipulating and integrating data. Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, vector databases, low/no-code tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering is highly valued.

This is a hands-on role for builders who can experiment, iterate, break things (safely), and ship fast. You'll be part of a nimble team with full ownership and serious impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents that integrate with real-world systems, have memory, reasoning, and task automation capabilities using vector DBs and orchestration tools.
  • Build pipelines and business logic using Python and SQL to support internal and client-facing workflows and use cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and ops teams to contribute to architectural decisions around agent scalability and performance.
  • Write prompts, system messages, and memory logic that help agents reason.
