  • You will be responsible for guiding individuals through the process of seeking legal services, providing compassionate support, and ensuring a seamless transition to our attorneys.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with Potential New Clients – Establish rapport, assess their needs, and communicate the value of our legal services.
  • Qualify & Convert Leads – Listen to prospective clients, assess their needs, and communicate the value of our legal services to help them take the next step.
  • Schedule Attorney Consultations – Set up appointments for qualified leads and ensure they feel supported throughout the intake process.
  • Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Drive revenue growth by achieving conversion targets and providing exceptional client service.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a client-facing role, preferably in legal or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and overcome objections.
  • Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Bilingual Preferred – While not required, Spanish-speaking and Creole-speaking candidates will have a competitive advantage.
Benefits and Compensation
  • $40,000-$45,000+ bonuses, OTE well into 6 figures.
