The Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Director Influencing and Impact. This position is responsible for leading the delivery of Save the Children’s impact agenda and integrated influencing, external engagement plans in Pakistan.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with relevant departments and the Country Director to inspire and drive Save the Children's Impact agenda, Theory of Change, and Global Strategy in Pakistan.

You will be accountable for country office portfolio target as per CSP and engage with SMT to understand their portfolio and identify opportunities and needs to provide strategic support.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in similar roles in large I/NGO, UN, or corporate entities, with a proven track record in developing advocacy strategies and leading evidence-based policy development, influence, and wins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Save the Children impact agenda and integrated influencing, external engagement plans in Pakistan.
  • Work closely with relevant departments and the Country Director to inspire and drive Save the Children Impact agenda, Theory of Change, and Global Strategy in Pakistan.
  • Be accountable for country office portfolio target as per CSP.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • SIGNIFICANT (MORE THAN 10 YEARS) EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR ROLE IN A LARGE I/NGO, UN OR CORPORATE ENTITY.
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING ADVOCACY STRATEGIES AND LEADING EVIDENCE-BASED POLICY DEVELOPMENT, INFLUENCE, AND WINS.
