Job Title: A320 Captain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced A320 Captain to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assigned flights in accordance with the detailed provisions of Company Operational Manual and in compliance with the CAA related regulations. They must ensure ultimate safety, security, and efficiency are achieved throughout all operated flights; supports and guides the flight/cabin crew, handle emergencies and ad-hoc scenarios effectively, and takes control over the flight to ensure successful performance and positive corporate image.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assigned flights safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation laws and regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with flight/cabin crew, air traffic control, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle emergencies and ad-hoc scenarios professionally and effectively.
  • Take control of the aircraft during assigned flights to ensure successful performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2000 hours PIC experience.
  • Minimum 800 hours PIC on A320 family.
  • Minimum 5000 hours total flying experience.
  • Trainers with TRE/ TRI/ LTC experience will be given preference.
  • Valid licenses, valid Class 1 medical, and Valid IR.
  • Valid English Language Proficiency (ELP) certification above level 4.
  • Appropriate CPL/ATPL license.
  • Pass the technical & psychometric assessment, and Medical Fitness Check up for Pilots as per Company/CAA standards.
  • Training in safety and emergency response is essential – a formal qualification is an advantage.
