Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Development Specialist to drive our company's culture, employee engagement, and performance strategy. This role requires expertise in organizational assessment, performance improvement, and HR system development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and enhance our company culture to foster a high-performing work environment.
  • Develop and implement actionable strategies to boost employee motivation, accountability, and performance.
  • Revamp our onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Create clear frameworks for performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback systems.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational design as we scale from 50 to 200 to 500+ employees.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in organizational culture development, performance systems, or HR strategy in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of employee engagement frameworks, onboarding best practices, performance review systems, and personal growth plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a partially remote team.
  • Experience working as a consultant or advisor, able to quickly assess, advise, and implement systems with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
