Artificial Intelligence Data Specialist

This critical role supports the advancement of AI tools by designing computational logic, analyzing complex data patterns, and helping structure intelligent monitoring workflows. It acts as a bridge between data, automation logic, and practical insights to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and focused on delivering tangible outcomes, thriving in fast-paced environments and understanding scalable system design principles.

You will collaborate effectively with data, operations, and automation teams to define computational logic flows for AI tools and automations, analyze data from Amazon, SellerCloud, and other systems, work closely with AI engineers to optimize monitoring logic, and identify gaps and propose improvements to automation structure.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to significantly reduce manual tasks, automate daily monitoring across all SKUs and departments, and deliver fully working tools with minimal failure rates.

As an Artificial Intelligence Data Specialist, you will have cross-functional relationships with operations, logistics, compliance, customer service, and marketing teams, utilizing technologies such as Python, SQL, APIs, SellerCloud, Amazon SP-API, Monday.com, Teams, and Google Sheets.

Daily updates are required through Slack/Teams, weekly project syncs and progress reports, and monthly retrospectives and improvements.

  • Design computational logic flows for AI tools and automations
  • Analyze data from various systems to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to optimize monitoring logic
  • Propose improvements to automation structure and processes

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with Python, SQL, and APIs
  • Familiarity with SellerCloud, Amazon SP-API, and Monday.com
