This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of community development programs to ensure sustainability and measurable impact. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of community development principles and practices, as well as experience in managing community-based projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.">
  • Work closely with government agencies, NGOs, and development partners to align community investments with national and international development priorities.">
  • Ensure that all community investment initiatives are aligned with international social responsibility frameworks.">
  • Identify gaps and propose innovative solutions to enhance the impact of community development projects.">

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Proven experience in supervising projects related to Education, Health, Water, Environment, Food Security, Livelihood, and Economic Development.">
  • Strong knowledge of grant management, project development, and implementation.">
  • Experience in monitoring & evaluation (M&E), financial analysis, and budget management related to community investments.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work in multicultural environments and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.">
  • Knowledge of the best international practices in CSR, ESG, and sustainable development.">
