Maintenance Planning Professional

The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize CMMS usage for maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth operation of machines and reducing breakdowns. To achieve this, they will plan equipment maintenance aligned with production schedules and capacity, manage asset criticality assessments, and maintain reliability data for planning.

Responsibilities
  • Drive adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and timely work order closures via CMMS.
  • Ensure availability of spare parts and participate in annual CAPEX planning.
  • Support engineering improvements and process efficiencies.
  • Develop strategies for process simplification and maintenance effectiveness.
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives and support machine capacity enhancements.
  • Facilitate integration of new equipment and oversee mechanical upgrades.

As a Maintenance Planning Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and training to junior staff for performance development, while fostering a collaborative, professional work environment.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in maintenance/operational engineering for pharmaceutical or FMCG machines and equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues related to equipment maintenance and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
