Creative Visual Specialist

DHA Phase 6, Lahore, Pakistan | Job Type: Evening Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Creative Visual Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual assets, including graphic designs, motion graphics, and edited videos, to support our marketing initiatives and social media channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce engaging static graphics for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
  • Edit and enhance raw video footage into compelling and impactful video content for social media, YouTube, and internal communications.
  • Create and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, intros/outros, and visual effects to enhance video content and tell stories visually.
  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards for both graphic design and video projects, collaborating with marketing and content teams.
  • Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring efficient workflow and easy accessibility.
Requirements: Work Experience:

Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in a role requiring both graphic design and video editing skills, preferably within an agency setting or in-house marketing team.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Film Production, or a related creative field.

  • Software Proficiency (Expert Level Required):
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Graphic Design Skills:
  • Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
  • Proficiency in creating engaging visuals for digital and print media.
  • Excellent eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Understanding of brand identity and consistency.
  • Video Editing Skills:
  • Strong command of video editing techniques (pacing, rhythm, storytelling).
  • Proficiency in color correction and grading.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of audio editing and sound design.
  • Ability to work with various video formats and codecs.
  • Motion Graphics Skills:
  • Ability to create dynamic and engaging animated graphics.
  • Understanding of keyframe animation and principles of motion.
