Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Efficiency: Assist clients in enhancing their operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  2. Market and Regulatory Risk Assessments: Conduct market and regulatory risk assessments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  3. Business Process Improvements: Develop and implement business process improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
  4. Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: ACCA Members / ACCA Fresh Affiliate / Part Qualified.
  • Field of Study: Certificate - Accounting.

As an Associate, we are particularly interested in individuals with a background in organizational governance and control design, digital strategy and implementation, Islamic Finance/Shariah Audit, compliance and internal controls, policy and procedure development & review, business process re-engineering (BPR) / process improvements, operating model transformations, data analytics and data-driven techniques, enterprise risk management (ERM), and knowledge of banking industry trends, risks, regulations, products, processes, etc.

Additionally, we value soft skills such as proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint), basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, strong research and analytical skills, ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision and under strict timelines, logical thinking to devise solutions to practical problems, and excellent interpersonal communication and report-writing skills.
