Job Description

As a skilled Web Developer, your primary goal will be to execute high-quality web development projects within defined timeframes. You'll demonstrate fluency in English and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create custom websites with 5-7 pages within 72-80 hours
  • Build landing pages/funnels within 36-48 hours
  • Manage updates and change requests via ticketing system on time
  • Log daily updates for every active ticket
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings promptly
  • Maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset
  • Provide thoughtful feedback paired with suggested solutions
  • Continuously improve through positive daily habits
Monthly Responsibilities
  • Deliver internal training on custom development
  • Participate in monthly check-in with Project Manager
Quarterly Responsibilities
  • Complete internal courses relevant to development or digital marketing
  • Attend quarterly team meetings
Per Semester Responsibilities
  • Participate in performance evaluations
  • Show measurable improvement in identified areas
  • Pursue professional growth through reading a book or taking a course
