- Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in career guidance, preferably with a focus on middle school students.
- Familiarity with evidence-based career guidance frameworks and student profile development strategies.
- Knowledge of curriculum implications for college and career choices will be an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and faculty members.
- Empathy and ability to connect with young adolescents.
- Proficiency in conducting workshops, presentations, and facilitating group sessions.
- Proficiency in using tools for documentation and data management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
