**Job Title:** AI and Data Science Leader

The role of an AI and Data Science Leader involves leading the charge in developing cutting-edge machine learning models. This includes collaborating with data engineering teams to create powerful ETL architectures, researching and developing ML models to solve unique customer challenges, and building ML models from the ground up.

This position requires a strong foundation in statistical platforms such as Python, R, or MatLab, SQL & Azure Data Tools, as well as experience in building datasets and ML models. Additionally, the successful candidate will have mastery of multiple programming languages, including Numpy, Pandas, scikit-learn, Seaborn, Jupyter, Colab, and Vs Code.

As an AI and Data Science Leader, you will be responsible for deploying models and interfaces that deliver real value to external customers, while also mentoring data teams and analysts on ML modeling capabilities and how to drive value through data-driven KPIs for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take the lead in customer data meetings and suggest innovative ways to improve data insights.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to create powerful ETL architectures.
  • Research and develop ML models to solve unique customer challenges and enhance datasets.
  • Build ML models from the ground up and help stakeholders understand their power and results.
  • Deploy models and interfaces that deliver real value to external customers.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on programming experience, particularly with enterprise products.
  • Mastery of multiple programming languages and a strong foundation in statistical platforms like Python, R, or MatLab, SQL & Azure Data Tools.
  • Experience in building datasets and ML models.
  • Quick learner who takes initiative and thrives in the world of data.
