Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients and projects related to WordPress, Shopify, SEO, UI/UX design, and graphic design on Upwork.
  • Create customized proposals to attract and win new projects in these domains.
  • Manage client relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align project requirements and timelines.
  • Track and report progress of ongoing bids and projects to improve future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in WordPress, Shopify, SEO, and design to optimize bidding efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Upwork bidding, preferably for WordPress, Shopify, SEO, UI/UX design, or graphic design projects.
  • Strong written communication skills to craft compelling proposals.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Experience with proposal writing, client negotiation, and project management.
  • Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and eCommerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed and grow.
