Job Description

A Senior Accountant role involves managing and analyzing financial records to ensure accurate and timely reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting systems and processes, as well as experience in bookkeeping and property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain accurate accounting records by accurately documenting all transactions and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Evaluate and reconcile diverse financial operations, inspecting source documents to ensure commitments are properly recorded and accurate.
  • Assist with tax returns and manage schedules of financial statements and reports, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance of registers, manage the budget, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
