Cloud Infrastructure Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs and develop automation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Your expertise in cloud computing, DevOps practices, and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation will enable you to design and deploy efficient and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of our cloud-based systems, which include microservices, load balancers, and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • In addition, you will collaborate with our development team to implement CI/CD pipelines, configure build automation tools, and write infrastructure code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Ongoing tasks include automating configuration management across servers and environments, building and maintaining Docker containers, and managing cloud services on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Additional responsibilities include implementing monitoring solutions, setting up logging mechanisms, and automating security testing and vulnerability assessments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Preferred skills:
- Configuring and maintaining web servers, Linux configurations, DNS management, Docker, container orchestration tools, and CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.
