Lead Educator in IB PYP Environment

This role ensures the delivery of high-quality education aligned with the IB PYP philosophy.

The position plays a pivotal role in curriculum development, academic excellence, and operational oversight of the PYP section.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide instructional leadership in line with IB PYP standards.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and review of the PYP curriculum across grade levels.
  • Monitor and support teacher performance, facilitating ongoing professional development.
  • Cultivate a school culture rooted in inquiry-based learning and student-centered pedagogy.
  • Maintain active engagement with parents and the wider school community.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, child safeguarding protocols, and student well-being measures.
  • Collaborate with the School Principal and leadership team to align academic and operational goals.
  • Manage day-to-day functions of the PYP section, including staffing, admissions, and student affairs.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Certified IB PYP training with prior leadership experience in an IB environment.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in education, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth understanding of inquiry-based learning, curriculum development, and assessment practices.
