We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Agent to drive growth and expansion in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate and close deals on behalf of our company, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  2. Act as our representative in meetings and negotiations, building our brand and network within the industry.
  3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment between client needs and business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. A graduate degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) is preferred.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  3. Proficiency in computer and IT skills, with the ability to manage data and use software tools effectively.
  4. Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
  5. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
