Relationship Officer Asset Sales

Job Description

As a Relationship Officer Asset Sales, you will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections between the bank and its customers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the unique financial needs and goals of clients, serving as a dedicated point of contact for personalized assistance and guidance.

You will provide tailored solutions to enhance the banking experience by implementing approved sales/service plans to achieve the bank's growth objectives. You will also establish contact and develop relationships with customers as per the bank's SOP, ensuring genuine sales and avoiding family loaning, activist base lending, and adjustment lending.

Additional responsibilities include making the business profitable through loan sales and increasing the customer base following SOPs. You will market company products and develop strategies accordingly, possessing aptitude for persuasion and negotiation. You will also identify business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating industry position.

Furthermore, you will evaluate customer profiles using the five C's of credit, communicate terms and conditions of products effectively, and conduct physical verification of prospective clients to ensure on-track performance. You will proactively collect and ensure timely loan repayments by communicating with clients, following SOPs for collections.

Finally, you will handle customer legal documents carefully to prevent misuse, guide customers to deposit loan repayments at the cash counter only, and avoid cash handling during RO functions if necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably an MBA. You should have 0-1 years of experience in a related field, possessing skills such as relationship building, sales, marketing, and communication.
