Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer, located in Gujranwala. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their financial needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and following up on sales leads. The Relationship Officer will also assist in resolving customer inquiries and building a strong rapport with clients to sustain long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Finance
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Proven experience in Sales and achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
