Job Description:

As a Network Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining our network systems, ensuring they meet the required standards and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Network Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement network plans that meet business objectives and align with industry best practices.
  • Incident Management: Identify, categorize, and prioritize incidents, assigning resources to resolve them efficiently.
  • Problem Management: Investigate and analyze problems to identify root causes, developing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Change Management: Implement changes to the network infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, management, and customers, to ensure seamless collaboration and problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Google Workspace, CompTIA, MSCE, and others.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration and management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of network protocols, architecture, and security measures. Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
