Position Overview

The Global Operations Specialist analyzes worldwide sales performance and operational efficiency. This role supports global sales teams and executives through detailed sales and market analysis, pipeline assessment, forecasting, historical sales review, and market potential evaluation. The specialist also implements and maintains sales automation tools across regions to enhance organizational value.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Coordinate with partners and sales operations globally
  • Support onboarding of partners and internal teams with tools, documentation, and training
  • Analyze trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth
  • Manage global portals, ensuring updated catalogs and pricing
  • Provide daily operational support
  • Monitor invoicing and resolve payment delays
  • Deliver business intelligence through reporting and analysis
  • Build relationships with sales and support leadership
  • Maintain effective communication
  • Drive results and ensure follow-through
  • Participate in calls for communication, improvement, and alignment
What You Will Bring To The Team
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, or Operations Analysis
  • Experience working in offshore/out-sourced environments, sales, business operations, or marketing with project coordination
  • Effective communication skills across all business levels
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power BI for data modeling and analysis
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and account management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Clear articulation with a neutral accent and professional escalation management
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Graduation in any discipline
