As a highly skilled and motivated professional, you will play a key role in assisting the E-Commerce Project team to achieve successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in scoping of E-Commerce projects, identifying requirements and developing plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement new modules and functionalities into the production environment, addressing assigned issues until deployment of resolutions.
  • Escalate significant issues to Senior Management for timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • A good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, customer journeys through transactional websites, and Content Management Systems is required.
  • Knowledge of existing IT platforms and standards, as well as emerging technological advancements, is necessary for innovation and system upgrades.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent supervision, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to formulate plans and schedules.
  • A team-player with enthusiasm to share knowledge is essential for success in this role.
