Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Shopify store including product uploads, content updates, promotions, and inventory tracking.
  • Drive online sales through performance marketing coordination, SEO, and onsite optimization.
  • Monitor store performance and KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, customer retention, etc.) and generate regular sales and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure high-quality product listings, visuals, and promotional campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer experience, reduce cart abandonment, and boost repeat purchases.
  • Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock accuracy.
  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Handle third-party integrations, apps, and tools to enhance store functionality.
  • Monitor and manage customer service queries related to online sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience managing Shopify-based e-commerce platforms, preferably in the cosmetic or skn careindustry.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem including apps, themes, payment gateways, and shipping configurations.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Reports, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and email marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month
