The successful candidate will serve as the Deputy Assistant Director - Office-in-Charge in our esteemed organization.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. As Deputy Assistant Director - Office-in-Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, and fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee office administration, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective management of staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve office productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to support business decisions and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a strong educational background in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology, with a minimum of 16 years of HEC-verified education. Your degree must be attested from HEC. Additionally, you should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:- Proven track record of successful team leadership and management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with office software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
