Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

We are a leading provider of innovative, high-quality portable and cordless LED table lamps seeking a proactive and dedicated professional to spearhead our Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns.

The main objective of this role is to send out personalized and engaging emails as part of our EDM initiatives, approaching prospective clients, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings to drive sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and execute the email component of our EDM campaigns with precision and efficiency.
  2. Identify and reach out to prospective clients via email using personalized content that resonates with their needs.
  3. Monitor and manage the email inbox, responding to client queries promptly and professionally.
  4. Schedule and confirm meetings between potential clients and our sales team, ensuring seamless communication.
  5. Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results, driving business growth.
  6. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams for consistent and effective communication.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Excellent written English proficiency with a strong focus on clarity and accuracy.
  2. Experience in email marketing or related fields, preferably with a proven track record of success.
  3. A deep understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes, enabling informed decision-making.
  4. Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
  5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
