Financial Management Role

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the financial aspects of our smart schools project. This involves ensuring accurate financial planning and budgeting to meet strategic objectives.

  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process for the initiative.
  • Oversee accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure all financial activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and plan for the organization's financial future.

  • Assist in the annual audit process and ensure financial records are maintained according to best practices.

  • Monitor project expenditures and flag any variances to ensure budget discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • 4-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the education or social impact sector.

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
