We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and oversee our financial operations. As a key member of our accounts team, the individual will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance, supervising staff, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Accounting Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
  2. Supervise and review the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and annual budgets.
  3. Monitor and manage cash flow and banking operations, including regular reconciliation of bank statements.
  4. Ensure timely processing and accurate management of accounts payable, receivable, and employee reimbursements.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
