Senior Security Officer

This leadership role requires a senior ex-armed force officer to lead the Counter Gas Theft Operations (CGTO) Department. The successful candidate will develop and implement measures to counter gas theft and ensure vigilance to control gas theft and provide necessary support to Security Services.
The position involves ensuring that all legal and corrective measures are taken based on investigation reports and evidences to minimize gas theft and line losses.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Development: Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures for all regions and zones.
- Security Maintenance: Maintain and effectively work all security equipment including CCTV cameras, arms & ammunition, and wireless communication sets.
- Premises Security: Patrol premises and property, monitor surveillance equipment, inspect assets, equipment, and access points to maintain foolproof security.
- Raid Support: Supervise and accompany raids on industrial, domestic, commercial, and bulk consumers to detect and prevent gas theft.
- Operational Protocols: Develop policies to minimize gas theft through intelligence, prosecution, and operations.
- Intelligence Gathering: Collect and analyze intelligence to identify and prosecute gas thieves.
- Inspection and Investigation: Conduct inspections and investigations to gather evidence and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Reputation: Maintain organizational stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Government Relations: Serve as a liaison between the organization and government agencies.
