Job Description

We are looking for a driven social media professional to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities.

This role combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance our online presence, including interacting with customers, promoting engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.

The successful candidate will work with the social media team to create innovative campaigns that build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Create and publish daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community engagement.
  • Set up and optimize our social media pages within each platform to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Moderate user-generated content in line with our moderation policy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer orientation with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Fluency in English.
