Sales Executive Position
Bitsclan IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor our products and services to meet their requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to optimize performance and productivity.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or technology-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
