Email Marketing Specialist Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to oversee all aspects of our email marketing campaigns.

  • Produce and execute email campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, quality assurance, and scheduling.
  • Support strategic campaigns through manual and triggered email across the customer lifecycle.
  • Create effective target audiences and segments to drive engagement and revenue performance.
  • Manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Use customer data to personalize messages and content.
  • Devise and execute A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, and record results.
  • Collaborate with designers to optimize email creative and template structure.
  • Monitor email frequency to minimize database churn.
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:

Email & SMS Campaign Management: Produce and execute email and SMS campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, quality assurance, and scheduling.

Support strategic campaigns through manual and triggered email/SMS across the customer lifecycle.

Build effective target audiences and segments to drive engagement and revenue performance.

Manage and execute the email/SMS marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Use customer data to personalize messages and content.

Devise and execute A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, and record results.

Collaborate with designers to optimize email creative and template structure.

Monitor email and SMS frequency to minimize database churn.

Provide regular campaign performance reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing email marketing programs.
  • Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and content management systems.
