Product Manager",p>Job Summary:

As a seasoned Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery. This entails working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to create and launch products that cater to B2B customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in product development and launch.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to deliver best-in-class user-centric product experiences.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and roadmap.
  • Prioritize product initiatives and feature development within an agile framework.
  • Build strong alignment and foster collaboration with stakeholders, including engineering, design, sales, customer success, and leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of owning and delivering successful B2B products.
  • Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to launch and scale from initial stages to full maturity.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is essential.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
