Job Overview

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the app and web sector. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and suggest solutions from our portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Presentation and demonstration of our services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing feedback to management on market trends.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure client expectations are met.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in app or web development services.
  • In-depth knowledge of key markets, including industry players, trends, and customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
