About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Facility & Admin Manager to join our team in Lahore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the provision of FM services to the client site, including reception duties and hard and soft services.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
  • Keep in regular contact with the CBRE account leadership and client suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Leadership and Collaboration
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
  • Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Financial Stewardship
  • Effective financial control of the site budget, full financial process compliance, and compliant cost management of operating and capital budget.
  • Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
EHS Best Practices
  • Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities, including reporting of incidents and accidents.
  • First contact for FM emergencies.
  • React immediately and notify line manager in real-time.
