Job Summary

The Facility & Admin Manager | Lahore will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site, managing relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Main Accountabilities
  • Manage the provision of FM services to the client site, including reception duties and hard and soft services.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
  • Keep in regular contact with the CBRE account leadership and client suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
People Management
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor their training and development, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Schedule and manage team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
Financial Oversight
  • Effective financial control of the site budget, full financial process compliance, and compliant cost management of operating and capital budget.
  • Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
EHS Compliance
  • Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities, including reporting of incidents and accidents.
  • First contact for FM emergencies.
  • React immediately and notify line manager in real-time.
