At the heart of this role lies a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise. As a UI/UX Web Designer with AI expertise, you will be responsible for crafting digital experiences that are both intuitive and engaging.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the latest design technologies and AI-powered tools. They will utilize this knowledge to create wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes that meet user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a Comprehensive Design Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a design strategy that aligns with business goals and meets user needs.
  • Crafting User-Centric Designs: Create high-quality designs that prioritize user experience and meet business objectives.
  • Designing User Interface Elements: Develop navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets that enhance user interaction.
  • Enhancing Graphic Design and Content Generation: Utilize AI tools to enhance graphic design and generate content that aligns with brand identity.
  • Conducting Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to optimize UI elements and improve user interaction.
  • Collaborating with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing teams to enhance digital experiences and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of UI/UX web design experience.
  • At least 3 years of app design experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for websites and landing pages.
  • Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and content tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
