Senior Software Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in Java development, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles.

\Job Requirements\
  • 6+ years of experience in architecting, developing, and deploying Java-based applications using IBM Rational Application Developer.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Produce on-time deliverables with minimal rework and reported issues.
  • Manage and maintain server infrastructure on Windows.
  • Develop RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between frontend and backend systems.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to the enhancement of code quality.
  • Diagnose and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Design and implement data models using IBM DB2 and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Utilize Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development workflows.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in software development.
\Essential Education And Experience\
  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Java development.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Java.
  • Advanced proficiency in developing web applications using Java.
  • Proficient in utilizing SVN for version control.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
