Product Quality Assurance Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across all production stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and Monitoring Quality Procedures: Develop, implement, and monitor quality procedures, standards, and specifications across all production stages.
  • Conducting Inspections: Conduct regular inspections for raw materials, in-process components, final products, and pre-delivery warehouse checks to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
  • Managing Testing and Documentation: Oversee timely testing and documentation, including inspection reports, deviations, and rework logs.
  • Collaborating with Departments: Coordinate with production, design, SCM, and other departments to address quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaising with Suppliers: Liaise with suppliers on material quality issues and support resolution through feedback and quality improvements.
  • Maintaining Calibration Certificates: Ensure regular calibration of QC instruments and maintain updated calibration certificates.
  • Analyzing Non-Conformances: Manage non-conformance reports, analyze root causes, and track resolution effectiveness.
  • Site Visits and Process Improvements: Conduct site visits to assess product performance and suggest process improvements.
  • QC Documentation and Compliance: Maintain and update all QC documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Supervise and train QC inspectors and contribute to the development of the QA/QC team.
