Job Description:

We seek a seasoned Education Manager to oversee campuses in Karachi city, offering education from Pre-Primary to Matric Level. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating academic plans, recommending examination and admission planning, and ensuring proper implementation.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive academic calendars, timetables, and period distribution charts at the city level, making recommendations for examination and admission planning, and ensuring timely execution.
  2. Formulate policy recommendations for education, admission, examination, and discipline, ensuring their effective implementation.
  3. Identify areas for improvement in teaching quality and suggest training programs for moderators and teachers, reviewing syllabus coverage and providing guidance.
  4. Assist in preparing essential documents according to policy and academic calendar, ensure timely examination conduct, and review results.
  5. Monitor weekly attendance of moderators, identify challenges, and offer solutions.
  6. Collaborate with organizers, maintain records of advice, and present monthly performance reports.
  7. Conduct campus visits to address issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
  8. Determine staff appointment needs and facilitate timely hiring according to established procedures.
  9. Guide campuses in preparing annual appraisals, recommendation for promotions/increments, and assist in budget preparation.
  10. Support training schedules and analyze inspection and training department results.
  11. Ensure civic engagement with management, parents/guardians, and resolve educational matters.
  12. Identify opportunities for the MADANI Channel and record them through the Media Department.
  13. Foster participation of parents, students, faculty, and moderators in educational and organizational gatherings.
  14. Address student admission, school registration, and affiliation concerns across Madinah.
  15. Review and ensure implementation of education, admission, examination, and discipline policies.
  16. Complete work assignments efficiently and effectively as directed by senior authorities.
Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate should hold a minimum Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field is required.

Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are essential.

Immediate/short notice availability is desirable.
