Contact Centre Leadership Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of supervisors, team leaders and engineers in the Contact Centre Technical Support operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of supervisors, team leaders, and engineers in the Contact Centre Technical Support operation.

In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by implementing effective strategies and processes to achieve business objectives. You will be working closely with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment across the organization.
