Job Title: Senior Manager – Content and Learning Solutions

The position of Senior Manager, Content and Learning Solutions is responsible for leading a lean content development team. The team’s primary goal is to curate, develop, and continuously enhance learning content for various educational programs. This includes aligning all educational materials with market insights, learner needs, and pedagogical best practices.

This role ensures that online training courses, textbooks, and other educational materials are strategically aligned with evolving pedagogical best practices, market demand, and user feedback.

A key aspect of this role is designing and implementing a robust content scorecard. The scorecard will be used to evaluate and elevate content quality, thereby strengthening the low-cost private school ecosystem and improving learner outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic design, curation, and enhancement of training courses and textbooks
  • Design and implement a comprehensive content scorecard
  • Establish clear quality benchmarks and review protocols
  • Collaborate closely with operations and business development teams
  • Provide visionary leadership to a lean content development team
  • Mentor team members to build skills in content creation, instructional design, and quality assurance
  • Manage team performance and professional development plans
  • Utilize feedback, market research, and monitoring and evaluation data to identify content gaps
  • Stay up-to-date with educational technology trends and competitor offerings
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on teaching experience in marginalized communities
  • Experience designing and implementing quality frameworks for educational materials
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams to improve educational outcomes
  • Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership or a related field
