Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Period End Close activities with accuracy and ensuring first-time quality in financial reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage PEC activities, including group reporting and statutory financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local laws.
- Collaborate with external auditors for half-yearly review and full-year audit.
- Present financial updates to the Board Audit Committee on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain balance sheet integrity through regular reconciliations and clearing of open line items.
- Collaborate with shared services teams to ensure quality service delivery in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
Requirements:
- Relevant education and professional experience.
- Understanding of FICO SAP Modules.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office.
- Solid knowledge of IAS, IFRS, Companies Act, and Code of Corporate Governance.
- Good knowledge of Period End Close activities.
- Able to manage relationships effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills and proficiency in English.
