About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Frontend Engineer to take on a leadership role in shaping the future of our platform. You'll be responsible for driving upgrades to our data pipelines, up-leveling our engineering team's capabilities, and delivering high-performance, low-latency front-end solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the founding team and product managers to understand the strategic objectives behind each capability
* Collaborate with engineers to drive alignment on prioritization and resource allocation
* Develop and implement scalable, full-stack solutions for mission-critical enterprise applications
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of our systems
* Mentor junior developers to help them grow professionally and develop their skills

Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer working at scale
* Strong ownership mindset and ability to autonomously lead complex implementations
* Deep understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, WebSockets, and JavaScript
* Experience with front-end frameworks like AngularJS and React
* Proven track-record of building world-class end-user-facing product experiences
* Solid foundational knowledge of API design, documentation, and versioning strategies
