Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the agency's digital initiatives and leading efforts in strategy, problem-solving, and optimization of digital initiatives. This role will help set clear goals, implement tracking, and provide deliverables that drive results for clients.

This involves proactively managing various digital channels and communicating with team members to deliver a cohesive strategy. The ideal candidate has an independent passion for learning and problem-solving, and should have expertise in Google Analytics, Ads, and other tracking tools.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the team to evaluate and improve digital strategy and concepts, drive value for the organization, and analyze and report on digital campaigns. They will also be responsible for analyzing customer and user data, engaging with clients, team members, and management, and overseeing SEO programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, or digital communications (previous related work experience considered)
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience working with digital marketing platforms
  • Strong passion and knowledge of internet marketing and digital communications
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage projects under deadline
  • Experience working within WordPress
  • Certified in Google and HubSpot certifications
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality assurance
