Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Performance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business performance analysis, OKR process, and data management function.

About the Opportunity
  • Lead in-depth business performance analysis to uncover key insights supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Drive the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process, setting, cascading, and tracking progress to ensure strategic focus across functions.
  • Collaborate with Business Heads to review performance, gather core insights, and co-create solutions that improve outcomes.
  • Track and report on the execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
  • Manage high-priority, sensitive matters for the MD office, ensuring discretion, clarity, and strategic alignment in all communications.
  • Lead the data management function, liaising with the regional business analytics team for effective data support and BI management.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst; experience within a strategic/central function is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree (minimum) or Master's degree (preferred) in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science or Management Science.
  • Proven expertise in SQL and designing scalable, efficient queries for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership in managing the data analysis lifecycle, including problem formulation, data auditing, analysis, interpretation, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to craft compelling business cases supported by statistical and mathematical modeling.
  • Experience creating data visualization reports using Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
  • Experience mentoring analytical teams and aligning outputs with organizational objectives.
  • Desirable experience with cloud platforms like BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and familiarity with advanced analytics workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
