Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator) to join our team. As a Junior Executive, you will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping and providing support to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Assisting with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Terms and Conditions:

  • Residents from respective Tehsils as per CNIC/Domicile will be allowed for testing at only one location.
  • Candidates must bring original documents (Personal, Educational & Professional) at the time of test. Late submissions will not be entertained.
  • Only Female candidates are eligible for Female NRCs.
  • Shortlisted candidates after the test will be called for an interview.
  • Government/Semi-Government employees must provide NOC at the time of interview.
  • Attested degrees/certificates from HEC or respective educational boards are required at interview.
  • The selected candidate will undergo a 6-month probation, extendable based on performance.
  • Medical Fitness and Character Certificates are mandatory.
  • Appointments are center-specific; transfer requests will not be entertained.
  • Age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the age limit.
  • Electronic devices are prohibited during tests and interviews.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for tests and interviews.
  • Encouraged applicants include females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled candidates.
  • A sample test is available at https://careers.nadra.gov.pk/ for guidance.

Note: Selected candidates will not have any entitlement for permanent appointment or regularization.
